Welcome to my fitness classes! 

Who am I and what do I have to offer you? I'm a dynamic and motivated fitness professional with over 20 years experience in group fitness, personal training, and program development. I have proven ability to inspire and engage clients through effective training programs and high-energy group classes.  Known for delivering energetic, motivating classes that are not only inclusive but fun, keeping participants coming back for more. Certified and experienced in a wide range of fitness disciplines including Body Combat, Body Attack, Group Fight, and Group Groove.


My classes are open to all levels from beginners to advance. One thing I ask of you - just move your body like noone else is there!

I'm currently teaching Group Fight and Group Groove classes in and around Egham, Surrey!

GROUP FIGHT

Group Fight® is a gripping hour that builds cardio fitness, total-body strength, and coordination. GROUP GROOVE

Group Groove® will make you sweat with a smile during this energizing hour of dance fitness. It’s a sizzling cardio experience that is a fusion of club, urban, and Latin dance styles set to the hottest current hits and the best dance songs ever produced!

​

This class is an exercise experience that combines the joy of dance with specific fitness training objectives, allowing participants to gain both physical and psychological benefits. Enjoy old school Club, the latest Hip Hop and R&B plus fiery Latin music and moves that will have you moving and grooving. It’s the perfect combination of serious fun and a serious workout! All levels welcome and no dance experience required. Lets just have FUN.
